My Pebble which I got off Kickstarter lasted for about 2 months, before becoming just watch. I do turn on the bluetooth and check notifications or use the quick reply emojis for most texts.

For the most part though, it’s just a regular watch and an occasional conversation starter.

Despite all that, I still think Pebble wins by not trying to be a phone on your wrist.
