Interesting POV and interesting read. Thanks for sharing it. I really liked that you have a strong about Chat vs Email. My only caveat is that mobile messaging is still early and we haven’t reached the peak yet. As a personal example I subscribe to news via Facebook messenger but I’ve found that my actions on messenger reflect a lot of that in email. I let them sit for a couple of days till I open them all at once. I also can’t help but wonder if it’s a factor of age/industry.
