👏🏽 Nichole, this is great! I’ll admit, when I saw Janessa Lantz share the link on LinkedIn, I was a bit skeptical. Even though this publication has meaty essays, the topic was one that in my opinion has been beaten to death by folks looking to get clicks. I was expecting the same generic wheel house essay, but this was a pleasure to read. Clarified a bunch of things for me around the cluster model. Fantastic. Thank you!
